Wastewater Treatment Facility Modifications Project
Upgrade of an existing .05MGD SBR wastewater treatment plant to an advanced membrane bioreactor wastewater treatment process. Project consisted of influent flowmeter vaults, fine screen headworks, a 150,000 gallon precast post-tensioned flow equalization tank, GE-Zenon membrane filtration system and ultra-violet disinfection equipment. First project of this kind in PA!
Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade Project
Expansion of an existing 1.6 MGD wastewater treatment plant to a 2.2MGD ITT Sanitaire ICEAS Process wastewater treatment plant. Project consisted of the construction of two new post-tensioned concrete process tank, valve chamber and sewage splitter box. Additionally, new fine and coarse air diffusers with associated aeration blowers were installed. A new MCC and process control SCADA system were installed.
Wastewater Treatment Facility - Post Aeration System Project
Construction of a post aeration system at an existing 6.0MGD wastewater treatment plant. Project consists of the construction of two cast-in-place concrete post aeration tanks with each having a 100,000 gallons capacity. Additionally, new underground piping, valves, sluice gates, aeration grid and process blower were installed to accommodate the new process flows.
WWTP Upgrades & Outfall Relocation Project
Major upgrade to an existing 4.0MGD wastewater treatment plant. Project consisted of the installation of a BioMag System, rehabilitation of 7 SBR Basins, conversion of an existing building, utility water pump station refurbishment and electrical upgrades. Additionally, relocation of the existing plant outfall was part of this contract.
Fish Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade Project
Major upgrade to an existing 1.0MGD wastewater treatment plant. Project consisted of the installation of new EDI Aeration System, Evoqua Technologies SBR equipment, Flygt pumps & mixers, and the rehabilitation of 2 metal SBR Tanks.
Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion & Upgrade Project
Project consists of the upgrade to an existing wastewater treatment plant. Major upgrades included new odor control systems, bridge mounted aeration systems, clarifier screen and general building modifications.
